He said that as a trade association, China Textile Federation has always been very concerned about the development of Binzhou's textile industry. In the entire textile industry, Binzhou, Shandong enjoys a high reputation. It is "China's cotton textile capital" and "China's textile industry base city". It has a number of well-known enterprises at home and abroad, such as Wei Qiao venture group, Yaguang towel, cheerful home textile, Huafang shares, Oriental carpet and so on. The textile industry in Binzhou has a large volume and a good market segmentation. However, there are also contradictions between the industrial chain and the unbalanced industry. At present, it is urgent to solve the problem of "extension chain, supplement chain and strong chain". It needs intelligent positioning, green manufacturing, civil military integration and other higher strategic positioning to help the high quality development of the industry. Therefore, the introduction of this eco textile industry project will have a strong practical significance.

In 2018, there were nearly 500 textile enterprises in the city, of which 204 were over scale enterprises, 30 were employed, and the main business income was 146 billion 200 million yuan. Binzhou enjoys the reputation of "the capital of China's Cotton Textile City". It has been awarded the title of "the national textile industry base city", "the national textile industry cluster area of over 100 billion output value", the "textile industry innovation and demonstration cluster" and "the first class of the world's domestic textile industrial cluster".

At present, the textile industry in Binzhou has already formed a relatively complete industrial chain. The next step will highlight the high-efficiency ecological characteristics, focusing on textile new materials, industrial new products and high level printing and dyeing chain; chain around brand clothing, creative design and professional market; and strengthen the chain of high-end home textiles, tooling production and intelligent manufacturing, so as to extend the textile industry to the high end of the value chain.

In 2019, the Binzhou municipal Party committee "six questions and strategies" and "eight strategic layout" made clear the development path of Binzhou, and regarded investment promotion as the "No. 1 project" to promote the high quality development of the city's economy. In the aspect of construction of Textile Industrial Park, the investment enterprise incentives, talent introduction and training, support the enterprise's "high-end brand" aspect, expand the financing channels of enterprises, and support the upgrading and transformation of textile enterprises in terms of optimizing business environment services. A series of preferential policies for attracting foreign investment have been formulated to lay a solid foundation for further development of Binzhou's ecological textile industry.

At the meeting, Wei Qiao textile and Hongkong Futian industry signed the signing ceremony for the high-end textile industry chain research and development center project; Binzhou Bincheng people's government and Qingdao Weida sporting goods Co., Ltd. signed the contract for the production of high-end garment production base; Binzhou Yi Mei textile and Sichuan yeger textile signed the silk textile industry tourism project; Binzhou textile fiber inspection institute, Tianxiang (Tianjin) Quality Technology Service Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement.
