In the production plant of Guizhou Dingsheng Clothing Co., Ltd., more than 300 high-end intelligent seamless knitting equipment are operating at full capacity.

"At present, we have received orders of 160 million yuan, and the production plan has been scheduled to June. Last year, the output value has exceeded 320 million yuan." Qin Xianghong, the human resources administrative manager of Guizhou Dingsheng Clothing Co., Ltd., told reporters.

Guizhou Dingsheng settled in Guizhou Sansui Economic Development Zone in 2014, with a total investment of 221 million yuan and a plant area of 30000 square meters. Guizhou Dingsheng adopts advanced Italian seamless knitting equipment to engage in the production of high-end seamless knitting, body shaping, one-time forming series of sports apparel and underwear products. It cooperates with world famous clothing brands Decathlon, Uniqlo, Huagoer, etc. The clothes produced are mainly sold to Europe, America and other countries.

Since its settlement, Guizhou Dingsheng has continued to increase its orders and production capacity. It is imperative to intelligently upgrade production equipment and expand capacity.

In 2023, Guizhou Dingsheng successfully built a digital cloud factory, realizing the visualization, digitalization and intelligence of the whole production process and equipment.

"The creation of a digital cloud factory has increased the production efficiency of key links by five times and the overall comprehensive efficiency by 40%," said Zhao Xiuwu, general manager of Guizhou Dingsheng Clothing Co., Ltd.

Sansui County firmly focuses on "four new" and focuses on "four modernizations", unswervingly implements the strategy of "strong industrial county", seizes the policy opportunity, grasps the industrial transfer of Dawan District with the park as the platform, and grasps the industrial agglomeration with the advantageous textile as the leading industry.

Once, the textile brand "Qinsui Meiyate" down and Guikang down in Sansui County, Qiandongnan Prefecture were all the rage and favored by the market. Later, due to the depressed market, Sansui down faded out of consumers' sight.

In the process of high-quality development, it is imperative to revitalize the textile and clothing industry. As one of the exports of East Guizhou, Industrial Sansui is a highway transportation hub in East Guizhou, an important channel for the Southwest to enter and exit East China and South China, and known as the "Fortress of East Guizhou". With the advantages of location and transportation, today's Sansui has become an important gathering place for Guizhou to undertake the gradient transfer of export-oriented and labor-intensive industries in the eastern region.

Now, textile and garment processing enterprises such as Dingsheng Garments, Jiansheng Sportswear, Fufa Garments have settled in the park, and Sansui has slowly taken a new path to develop the textile and garment industry.

"Focusing on the first industry of textile and clothing, in accordance with the idea of attracting leaders, leading the upstream, connecting the downstream, bringing supporting facilities, and promoting clusters, we should focus on Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macao, the Yangtze River Delta, Beijing Tianjin Hebei and other regions to implement targeted investment promotion, and make every effort to 'attract strength and attract excellence' to promote the development of textile and clothing industry clusters," said Liu Wenbin, deputy director of the management committee of Guizhou Sansui Economic Development Zone.

On the other hand, as the production workshop of Guizhou Jiansheng Sportswear Co., Ltd., which is the upstream of the peak apparel, the machine runs at high speed, and the workers focus on the production link.

Both companies belong to the Guizhou base of Zhejiang Jiansheng Group. With the strong market demand of downstream enterprises, in the second half of 2023, Jiansheng sportswear will expand the production of covered yarn. At present, the production capacity of covered yarn is 1400 tons, half of which is supplied to the production line of downstream Dingsheng apparel.

This is just a microcosm of the development effect of Sansui textile and clothing enterprises. In order to amplify the effect of agglomeration development, Sansui Economic Development Zone has organized the preparation of "one figure and three lists" with light textile as the leading industry, strengthened the chain supplement and extension of leading industries, and promoted the primacy of advantageous light textile leading industries.

In recent years, Sansui Economic Development Zone has promoted the completion and production of the second phase project of Jiansheng sportswear spandex rubber covered yarn, promoted the continuous improvement of high-end seamless knitting underwear industry supporting produced by Dingsheng Clothing Company, and introduced two clothing enterprises, including Xiangrun Clothing and Ennis Clothing, through investment attraction, to be completed and put into production, and constantly expanded the production and processing links of the advantageous light textile industry.

According to statistics, Sansui Economic Development Zone has introduced and cultivated 14 garment enterprises, including 4 enterprises above designated size. In 2024, the industrial output value of clothing enterprises above designated size will reach 503 million yuan, up 32.12% year on year.
