    在武汉多家卖场及小店,见到不少商品外包装或吊牌上标有“建议零售价”,但实际售价大多低于“建议价”,少则便宜一两成,多则便宜四五成,有的甚至不到“建议价”的1/3。江汉路成交价80元的毛衫,建议零售价却是298元。消费者抱怨,商品所谓的“建议零售价”水分太大,毫无“建议性”。


  一服装店,建议零售价399元的小西服,卖家同意140元成交;在钟家村一童装店,“建议价”68元的儿童套装,卖家开价只要39元。


According to a local store seller, the suggested retail price given by the manufacturer is based on factors such as product cost, sales volume, consumer's endurance and business profit margin. It is intended to restrain businessmen from arbitrarily raising prices or lowering prices, protecting consumers' interests and maintaining brand image.

But now, some retailers regard the proposed retail price as a price strategy: some manufacturers have tacit agreement, deliberately raise the proposed retail price, and then play a gimmick such as price cuts, discounts and so on. Even small businesses have arbitrarily priced the goods at a "recommended retail price".


      江汉路一服饰小店店主坦言,如今消费者习惯还价,建议零售价高点,给顾客“杀价”余地,顾客觉得买了实惠,商家也有利润空间。物价部门表示,如果商家没有建议零售价的销售记录,却以所谓的建议零售价为原价,进行打折促销,涉嫌价格欺诈,消费者可以举报。
