In order to know whether the news is true, the reporter visited several home appliance stores in Dongguan, and was informed that at present, Dongguan did not implement the "restriction order", but there were also stores selling themselves to purchase more than one household appliance, such as the need for multiple audits to grant subsidies.

The store has not yet received the "purchase order" notice.

In recent days, with the introduction of the "home appliance Exchange Promotion Program", the implementation of the policy of replacing the household appliances with old ones has been extended to December 31, 2011.

According to relevant media reports, one of the supporting discussions also put forward that "in the implementation period of the current household appliances policy, the number of individuals and units will be adjusted, stipulates that no more than 5 units will be purchased by the individual in principle, and no more than 50 units should be purchased, and more than quantity should be submitted for approval".

It is understood that the provisions are mainly aimed at some "scalpers" and small household electrical appliances dealers, to prevent them from taking the old exchange qualification, from a large number of stores to purchase, in order to defraud 10% of the price subsidies.

Reporters recently learned from several major household appliance stores in Dongguan that the store has implemented the latest policy and will extend the activities of the old to new year until December 31st next year. However, the "restriction order" has not yet been notified.

"Generally speaking, there are not many customers who buy more than 5 home appliances in a store at a time. However, when there are large sales promotions on holiday stores, there will be a purchase of more than one person, but it is very difficult for stores to distinguish the true use of customers."

The senior director of fashion electronics strategy and media told reporters.

The director also told reporters that sales of TV, air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, computers and five kinds of household electrical appliances were very obvious. As of May 31st this year, the old exchange policy was just implemented for one year. According to the rough statistics of fashion appliances, the sales of these five kinds of home appliances increased by about 80%.

He believes that if the "limit order" is implemented, the impact on the sales of these five types of household appliances will not be very significant.

Stores themselves set thresholds for buying multiple appliances.

However, the reporter has learned that although the state has not yet implemented the "restriction order" for household appliances, some stores will set up their own thresholds, and they will need to add a number of formalities to receive subsidies when they purchase more than one household appliances.

The reporter learned from Suning of Dongguan that in Suning Appliance, a household appliance guide for the purchase of appliances in the old version, it was proposed that the purchase of 5 units by one person or the purchase of 20 units by one enterprise at a time should be completed by filling the household appliances with old ones for the purpose of purchase. The individual purchase of 5 units or the purchase of more than 20 units by one time should be submitted to the head of the chain store for examination and approval, the person in charge of the branch signed the agreement, and the purchase prospectus was sent to the headquarters for approval by the old and new project department before the old age subsidy could be issued.

According to the insiders, the "restriction order" set up by businesses will not be very effective in preventing the scalpers, because stores can only grasp buyers' purchase information in single stores. If buyers buy them separately or buy them from different businesses, they will be unable to control them.

Moreover, businesses are only checking the number of customers who are overweight. They are not sold at all. Therefore, it is difficult for the cattle party to play a real role in fortification.
