Protein fiber
The micro suspension energy saving and environmental protection dyeing technology is suitable for dyeing of protein fiber (including wool, cashmere, silk, soybean protein fiber and yak hair) with wool reactive dyes, acid dyes, neutral dyes and acid complex dyes.
The core of the technology is to use the self-developed micro suspension chemical AIDS in dyeing process.

The adsorption capacity of the dye particles to the fibers is significantly enhanced, so that the dyeing time is greatly shortened and the amount of waste dyes is obviously reduced, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.
The project is the development of the "environmental protection dyeing technology and nano composite dyeable functional fiber" project (the "fifteen" science and technology research project has been accepted) and the project of "dyeing and finishing new technology and new soybean protein fiber processing technology" project (national "fifteen" science and technology tackling key project).

Technical points:
The initial dyeing temperature of the technology can be maintained at 25~35 C according to the temperature. No artificial heating is needed, adding dissolved micro suspension chemicals to the dye bath, and adding the formic acid to adjust the pH value of the dye bath to 4 to 4.5.
After 2~5 minutes of the dye bath cycle, the dissolved dye solution is added into the dye bath. The amount of dye is in line with the traditional dyeing process in principle or less than that of the traditional dyeing process.
The dye bath cycle lasted for about 5 minutes. When the dye dosage was less than 1% (OWF), the temperature was maintained for about 10 minutes, so that the dye was adsorbed completely.
When the dye dosage is more than 1% (OWF), the dye bath can be heated to 40~60 degrees centigrade according to the dosage of dyes, and the heating rate is about 1.5 C / min, so that the dye can adsorb the fiber completely.
When the dye is adsorbed on the fiber, the dye bath is heated at a rate of 3~5 degrees / minutes. When the temperature of the dyeing bath reaches 90~95, the dye is used for 15~40 minutes according to the amount of dye, then after washing and soaping, and the dyeing process is finished.
Economic evaluation:
Using micro suspension energy saving and environmental protection dyeing technology to produce industrial dyeing of protein fiber, the dyeing time can be shortened from 1/3 to 1/2.
At the same time, the dye fixing percentage increased by 10% to 30%. When dyeing the same color depth, the dye dosage can be reduced by about 10%.
According to the above situation, the number of waste dyes (including waste soap produced after soaping and washing) can be reduced by 10% to 30%.
According to the dye bath ratio of 10:1, the content of waste dye in residual bath is less than 0.015% (w/w).
Considering the dilution effect produced by the total amount of water discharged from dyeing process (calculated at 10 times dilution rate), the total content of waste dye discharged from dyeing process is less than 0.0015% (w/w).
