So far this year, more than 2200 migrant workers have been added to 40 enterprises in Shuangfeng, with more than 8000 employees and 90% local workers.

In view of this situation, the construction of harmonious labor relations in enterprises has been strengthened this year. On the one hand, pre employment training has been carried out in batches of new employees by means of self employment and commissioned vocational school training, so as to raise their awareness of labor laws, regulations and professional skills, and plan to train 3842 people, and 2960 people have been trained by the end of October.

On the other hand, we should train the bosses of the park enterprises for two days in the labor law and labor arbitration law to improve their awareness of laws and regulations so as to better protect the interests of enterprises and employees.

At the same time, the relevant departments such as the labor and social security sub Bureau actively provide guidance and services for enterprises to do well in labor employment and labor rights protection.


Through the "two training" and "one service", employees' and business owners' awareness of laws and regulations is enhanced, their business skills are improved, and their employment behaviors are standardized.

Xingsheng shoe factory and other enterprises take the initiative to shorten the working hours from 13 hours a day to 10 hours; Wei Jia biological pharmaceutical factory, Sheng Feng shoe factory and other enterprises for employees to take care of old-age, industrial injury insurance, relieving the worries of employees; fixed circle machinery and other enterprises to strengthen labor contracts signed, improve the treatment of employees.

The labor relations of the enterprises in the park have been harmonious, and the migrant workers who have lost to the coastal enterprises have returned. Xing Sheng shoe industry has more than 200 recruits in October.

As of the end of October, the stability rate of employment of 40 enterprises in the region reached more than 75%, an increase of 25% over the same period last year.
