He added that many small and medium enterprises are not satisfied with the practice of Taobao now, but it is not illegal to adjust the price strategy, but it is wrong from the perspective of integrity.

He believes that the main problem is the lack of supervision and management mechanism in the current e-commerce.

To solve the current problem of Taobao, first of all, e-commerce should set up a service platform access standard and supervision and management mechanism, such as holding a hearing like taxi price adjustment before adjusting prices, so that there can be a system to follow.

E-commerce lacks service standards

It is reported that, in view of the imperfect status of Guangdong network paction service specifications, in order to deal with consumer complaints promptly, Guangzhou quality and Technical Supervision Bureau will introduce a series of service standards to regulate network pactions. At present, two service standards are being solicited.

The former will be formally implemented in January next year, while the latter is in the process of examination and approval.
