The comprehensive development office was informed that the investment plan for key projects in 2012 has been determined. 91 key construction projects have been arranged throughout the year, with a total investment of 57 billion 600 million yuan and an annual investment of 13 billion 300 million yuan.

It is understood that this year, the textile development area will continue to increase infrastructure construction based on roads. In 2012, a total of 17 urban road and infrastructure projects were planned. The total planned construction and maintenance of the road will be 39.77 km, with a total investment of 2 billion 880 million yuan, with an annual planned investment of 1 billion 10 million yuan.

During the year, 7 roads such as the Ba Rui two road and the Ba River East Road (Huaqing Road to Shanxi Hu high speed road) were opened to traffic, and the 13 roads, such as the five roads of the Shanxi Yongfeng expressway, the Shanxi Shanghai Expressway to the Lantian boundary, the Liuxin road and the two road, and the planning road of the north side of the village, were under construction.

In terms of livelihood projects, there are 22 urban villages, shanty towns and affordable housing projects this year, with a total investment of 21 billion 60 million yuan and an annual investment of 4 billion 50 million yuan.

The pformation of six cotton free zones and three cotton self built shantytowns will greatly enhance the urban image of the old town of textile city. With the construction of a number of affordable housing projects such as the resettlement of workers in the Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University and the three phase of the three teachers, the living environment of the textile city residents will be greatly improved.

This year, we will accelerate the development of 3 headquarters economy projects and 7 social undertakings and cultural and arts projects.

The 3 annual projects of the headquarters economy project invest 563 million yuan; the 7 social programs and cultural and arts projects will invest 370 million yuan in the annual plan, start the construction of Wang Xijing art gallery and Banpo International Art District project, and create a good cultural atmosphere in the Textile City area.
