It is understood that since its establishment, the academician expert workstation has been awarded the honorary title of "Fujian top ten academician expert workstation" and "national advanced academician expert workstation" with remarkable achievements in scientific research.

< p > according to the relevant person in charge, the expert workstation of Fujian Qingyuan technology limited company, which has just been awarded soon, mainly studies "printing and dyeing wastewater advanced treatment technology research and demonstration" project.

The project has been carried out in Qingyuan company for 4 years from pre research, data collection, formulation of research plan to installation and commissioning of pilot plant.

It is understood that the academician expert workstation has designed and built a set of photocatalytic industrial sewage treatment plant with 200 tons / day processing capacity in Qingyuan company. The pilot work has been completed. After treatment, the wastewater is clear and pparent, and the COD reaches 50mg/L or below. All the water quality indexes have reached the standard of industrial reclaimed water.

The next step is to enlarge and industrialize the technology and device for advanced treatment of industrial wastewater by photocatalysis, so that the advanced technology can be popularized and applied in actual production.

The main research contents include: the green efficiency analysis of textile printing and dyeing enterprises, the research of water-saving system, the multi-level treatment of wastewater, the research of recycling technology, the standard technology of wastewater treatment and the resource-saving intelligent system research. Among them, the "textile dyeing and printing enterprise resource saving intelligent system" project will enable the textile dyeing and printing industry to reduce water use 30%~40%, Shishi textile printing and dyeing wastewater treatment system to deal with the waste water up to 75%~95%, the waste water treatment and reuse rate reaches 50%~70%, and realize the resource utilization of heavy metals in the wastewater.
