Mainly due to the continuous improvement of the requirements and standards of the state in eliminating backward production capacity and reducing the total amount of pollutant discharge, textile enterprises are faced with multiple pressures such as shortage of funds, insufficient technical support and comprehensive cost increase, and the level of energy conservation and emission reduction has been restricted.

Third, the structural surplus and homogenization competition in some industries is aggravated. In recent years, domestic and foreign market demand growth momentum has been relatively weakened, and some industries still continue to grow in inertia for a period of time, showing the relative surplus of production capacity and stage structure, as well as the problem of homogenization of conventional products. In contrast, the middle and lower reaches of the industry chain are relatively fast in combination with market changes and production capacity adjustment. The upstream industry, especially the production capacity of chemical fiber, needs to be highly concerned. It is urgent to eliminate backward, strengthen self-discipline and strengthen differentiated product development.

Fourth, the rising cost of comprehensive cost is still outstanding. The rise in labor costs has been irreversible for many years.
