The most surprising conclusion of this study is that when we immerse ourselves in work, we feel the happiest, that is, "enter the state".

On the contrary, when we do nothing, happiness decreases.

More than that, we believe that employees do not work hard because they feel happy, but when they work hard, they feel happy.

Therefore, instead of racking their brains, trying to "please" employees, making employees feel happy and happy, and working more seriously, it is better to make employees more attentive to work.

Many managers in the enterprise, and even the boss, often play the role of "firefighters" - working hours, they basically do not have the time to do their own things, they are constantly being interrupted, constantly dealing with "sudden" events, busy every day, thinking carefully, feel that they have not done anything, and more importantly, they will find that many things do not need to be handled by themselves.

In such an environment, it is difficult for them to concentrate on their work, and their work efficiency is naturally not high enough, so they often feel tired and very tired.

Based on our experience, we think there are four ways to make employees work more attentively and seriously.
