In addition, Sanfo outdoor is authorized by people's sports to be responsible for the specific project operation management, business operation and market promotion of the "people's outdoor" industrial platform. Specific measures include and are not limited to project research and development, cultural extension, think tank construction, collaborative community building, brand building, sub platform construction, policy services, planning services, transportation management system (industrial chain / value chain / mode / format / capital / investment / market / promotion, etc.) construction, specialized cooperative organization construction, etc. specific authorization matters should be discussed at once.

The two sides also reached a strategic cooperation in the outdoor sports industry. The people's sports authorized Sanfo outdoor to become an exclusive outdoor strategic partner in the validity period of the agreement, and allowed Sanfo outdoor to be used in the scope of cooperation projects. Both sides are jointly responsible for the business development and operation of the "people's outdoor" industrial platform. People's sports and Sanfo outdoor can introduce projects and partners on the premise of meeting the overall planning. The two sides agreed to carry out business development and share revenue based on the principle of co construction and sharing, which is based on the legal compliance of the "people's outdoor" industrial platform IP.
