Loans to buy a building in the city? A few years ago, Anipiguri Yuml, a textile worker, was afraid to think about more than 500 female workmates.

More than 10 years ago, Ernie P Guli, who was just over 20 years old, left her hometown in Kashi with her husband and sold lamb kebabs and dried fruits to the eastern coastal cities. In the remote and closed rural areas of Southern Xinjiang, few people dared to go so far.

In the past couple of years, the couple have been tossing around Guangdong for many days. Although they are suffering from hardships, they have had the first savings in their lives. In 2014, they returned to Kashi and took out 80 thousand yuan to build a brick house at the old house of Pashk's hometown, and they lived in the same place with their father-in-law. The newly decorated house has once been envied by many villagers.

Shortly after returning home, her husband used his remaining savings to open a mobile phone sales store in Kashi. Ernie P Guli gave birth to his two daughter and became a full-time wife. She stayed at home to take care of her children and housework.

Back then, she thought she would stay at home like a lot of women around her life.

In 2014, the second central Xinjiang work forum was held. This meeting changed the life of Ernie P Guli and countless rural women in southern Xinjiang.

After the meeting, Xinjiang will develop the textile and garment industry as a strategic move to implement the development of the textile and garment industry to promote employment planning. Xinjiang, the largest cotton production base in the country, has become a "policy depression" for the development of the domestic textile and garment industry. Many domestic textile and garment enterprises have invested in Xinjiang.

In 2017, Ernie P Guli, who was unemployed for 3 years at home, heard that some companies had hired workers and had immediately made a name.

Soon after going to the South and entering the country, she became a garment manufacturer and became a garment worker on the modern assembly line. After a short year, she grew up to be the leader in charge of two production lines. The monthly salary was more than 3000 yuan.

The couple's income has stabilized, and Ernie P Guli has had a new pursuit of life. She grew up in the countryside, who wanted her children to receive education in the city, and wanted her parents to no longer tolerate the cold winter in the cottage.

She thought of bank loans...

In May 2019, the bank approved her loan because of steady income and factory certification. She bought a second-hand building in downtown Kashi.

In Ernie P Guli's business, Qi Bangjun, Dalian's director of production, has been in charge for 4 years, and has witnessed more than 500 women workers changing from peasants to workers. Ernie P Guli's story has made him proud. "I often introduce to the visiting guests that the company has a loan to buy a house in Kashi, and they can all be farmers before they enter the office."

As of November 2019, Xinjiang's textile and garment industry has invested about 170000000000 yuan in fixed assets and 18 million 90 thousand spindles in cotton spinning, weaving, clothing and apparel, home textiles, knitting and other industries have begun to take shape, driving nearly 600 thousand jobs.

"So many enterprises landed in Kashi, actually they are training modern workers for the southern Xinjiang." Looking back on the process of investment and business, another head of clothing enterprises said that farmers who enter the modern production line from land can not only get rid of poverty, but also embrace more modern civilization and have more freedom of choice.
