Recently, Ningxia (Quanzhou) textile and garment industry promotion conference jointly sponsored by the Department of Commerce of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Department of industry and information technology, Fujian Office and other departments was held in Quanzhou. The promotion meeting introduced the development of Ningxia textile and garment industry to key enterprises in Quanzhou, expanded cooperation channels with local industry associations, and clarified the direction of textile and clothing industry cooperation between the two places. Quanzhou textile and garment industry is an important production base and export base of China's textile and clothing industry. Quanzhou textile and clothing industry chain is complete, there are nearly 10000 textile and garment production enterprises, whether it is textile, dyeing and finishing, or clothing, accessories production, there are professional supporting manufacturers, established a professional market and relatively perfect market network, the overall scale, supporting, brand advantages outstanding, forming a 100 billion industrial cluster.

Textile industry is also a traditional characteristic industry and an important livelihood industry in Ningxia. After years of development, it has basically formed a development pattern of textile industry with clear division of labor, differentiated development and complementary advantages, and the industrial agglomeration effect has gradually emerged. According to statistics, up to now, there are 88 Textile Enterprises above Designated Size in Ningxia, and the sales revenue will reach nearly 15 billion yuan in 2020“ During the 14th Five Year Plan period, Ningxia textile industry will focus on cashmere, cotton spinning, flax, chemical fiber and other four fields, through strengthening the stock, improving the increment and increasing the total amount, to form a pattern of common development of cashmere, cotton (wool) spinning, flax, chemical fiber and special fiber, fabric, knitwear and clothing manufacturing, and build an advanced modern textile industry system led by science and technology and brand. By 2025, the value of modern textile industry will strive to reach more than 20 billion yuan.

Relying on the brand and technical advantages of Quanzhou textile and garment industry, Fujian and Ningxia will jointly build "Enclave Park" and "garden in the park" of textile and garment industry, continuously strengthen the cooperation of textile and garment industry between the two provinces (regions), and realize the deepening of practical cooperation in a wider field and at a higher level.
