The polyester workshop visited this time is the project of intelligent and differentiated polyester fiber with an annual output of 600000 tons, which has just been put into operation. Two sets of polyester production units and 20 spinning production lines have been built. The overall polyester production capacity of the group has reached 6 million tons. Pcp1 / 2 is equipped with 14 poys and 6 fdys. The current load of the plant is 950t / D, including 500t / D spinning (POY: 395t / D, fdy105t / D). In addition, the factory will also introduce the world's advanced intelligent manufacturing facilities and the "5g + industrial Internet platform" independently developed by the company.
