GCL Energy Branch (002015): Received Regulatory Concerns Letter From Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau
GCL energy branch (002015) announced that it received the regulatory concern letter from Jiangsu securities regulatory bureau. Guodian Zhongshan gas power generation Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary of the company, made a prepayment of RMB 40 million to GCL natural gas trading (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., which was not settled in time. From March 2019 to January 2020, Wuxi GCL smart energy operation and Management Co., Ltd., GCL Smart Energy Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou GCL blue sky gas thermal power Co., Ltd. paid RMB 153 million in advance to six third-party suppliers Jiangsu dongkai Energy Co., Ltd., which were not settled in time. The total prepayment of 193 million yuan was occupied by the non operating funds of GCL group and its related parties controlled by the actual controller of the company. Before the disclosure of the annual report in 2020, the company recovered the principal and interest occupied by GCL group.
