The total investment of the project with Yingjiang County is planned to be 3.9 billion yuan. After the completion of the project, the annual main business income is expected to reach 6 billion yuan and the annual tax revenue is 400 million yuan; It is estimated that the annual electricity consumption is 1 billion kWh and 12000 people are employed.
