In order to implement the spirit of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, accelerate new industrialization, promote high-end, intelligent and green development of manufacturing industry, and improve the level of green design of enterprises, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently announced the list of the fifth batch of green design demonstration enterprises for industrial products, and required the demonstration enterprises to play a leading role in real earnest, Continuously strengthen the innovation and development capacity and management level of green design, and continuously improve the supply capacity and market influence of green products (services). There are 107 green design demonstration enterprises for industrial products in the fifth batch, including 11 textile enterprises and 25 machinery and equipment enterprises, of which 4 industrial textile related enterprises and association members such as Shandong Lute were selected.

The competent departments of industry and informatization of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities specifically designated in the state plan, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and relevant central enterprises:

In order to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, accelerate the new industrialization, promote the high-end, intelligent and green development of the manufacturing industry, and improve the green design level of enterprises, according to the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Organizing the Recommendation of the Fifth Batch of Industrial Product Green Design Demonstration Enterprises (GXTJH [2023] No. 73) 107 enterprises have been identified as the fifth batch of green design demonstration enterprises for industrial products in the procedures of recommendation, expert review, online publicity, etc. by local industrial and information authorities (or central enterprises), and are hereby announced. Relevant matters are notified as follows:

1、 Demonstration enterprises should effectively play a leading role, constantly strengthen the innovative development capacity and management level of green design, and continuously improve the supply capacity and market influence of green products (services). By the end of March every year, the electronic version of green design dynamic management table will be passed through the industrial energy conservation and green development management platform（ https://green.miit.gov.cn ）Submit to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization Department).

2、 Local competent departments of industry and information technology and relevant central enterprises should strengthen guidance and services for demonstration enterprises, track and master the progress of work, do a good job in dynamic management review and timely report. We should continue to do a good job in the cultivation of demonstration enterprises, actively guide leading enterprises in the region and the industry to carry out green design practice, give play to the demonstration effect, and promote the green design demonstration of industrial products to deepen.

3、 The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will strengthen the supervision and management of the list of green design demonstration enterprises for industrial products, improve the dynamic management mechanism of the list, evaluate the submitted dynamic management table, review the problematic enterprises, and remove the units that no longer meet the requirements of the demonstration enterprises from the list in a timely manner.
