"NI'S Future Is Promising" Women'S Leadership Improvement Plan Activity Goes Into All Textile Intangible Cultural Heritage Innovation And Transformation Bases

From May 16 to 17, the "NI Future is Possible" women's leadership improvement plan practice research and cultural empowerment activities sponsored by the China Women's Development Foundation were held in Tsinghua University and Beijing Hezong Textile Intangible Cultural Heritage Innovation and Transformation Base respectively. The two-day women's leadership series activities not only build a public welfare platform for women leaders to help each other grow, but also provide a diversified perspective for coping with opportunities and challenges in women's career development through empathy and experience sharing of real cases.

The event invited experts and scholars as well as 50 female middle and senior executives from different industries to focus on the issue of improving Chinese women's leadership, and jointly discussed the path and method of improving women's leadership, to provide participants with practical cases that can be used for reference, to help women leaders break through the bottleneck of career development and improve leadership efficiency.

Dong Kui, Vice President and Secretary General of the China Women's Development Foundation, and Ma Zhixin, Chairman of the Nissan (China) Management Committee, delivered speeches on behalf of the sponsors and project supporters.

Meng Xiaosi, president of the China Marriage and Family Research Association and secretary of the secretariat of the former vice president of the All China Women's Federation, was invited to give a special lecture on "practical improvement of women's leadership". From the construction of strategic thinking to the analysis of outstanding cases, she revealed the core characteristics and ways of improving women's leadership for women managers and entrepreneurs in simple terms.

Pan Xin, consultant of the Training Center of China Fashion Designers Association and image design promotion management expert, gave a lecture on "Visual Aesthetics Decoding - Professional Women's Dressing Art" to 50 female middle and senior executives from different industries. Through the analysis of color, style, style, market fit and other elements, she focused on the theme of women's dress aesthetics and image management in the workplace.
