Survey:

50% of respondents preferred foreign third party testing organizations, and enterprises are willing to enhance technical barriers to deal with.

Although garment enterprises are paying more and more attention to the domestic market in recent years, the huge profits from export still encourage many textile and garment enterprises to focus on foreign markets.

In their view, the domestic market is important, but the charm of the international market is also so attractive.

As a result, "going out of the country and going to the world" has become an endless stream of talk and Practice for business operators, but there are also many Chinese textile and garment products that have been warned and recalled by the developed countries every year because of various problems. The above cases are only "a drop in the bucket" of the recalled products this year.

Why are China's textile and clothing products frequently recalled?

What is the most important part of textile export quality inspection?

How can we really pull out the thorn that is deeply embedded in the technical barriers of the "CHINA" logo?

As we all know, the most important part of textile export is quality inspection. The market of textile quality inspection in our country is mainly dominated by the inspection agencies of the state and the third party inspection organizations, and the third party inspection bodies are divided into third party inspection bodies and third party inspection organizations. However, the technology, manpower, testing strength and authority of the third party inspection organizations are relatively weak, and the market share in the international and domestic market is relatively small, so it can not be compared with the third party inspection organizations abroad.

Most export oriented enterprises choose the testing institutions mainly based on the state quality supervision departments and the third party testing organizations abroad. So what's the difference between the two organizations?

Let's explore through investigation.

When asked what kind of testing institutions normally preferred by export enterprises, 50.93% of respondents said they would choose third foreign testing institutions with high visibility in the international market; 25.28% of respondents said they would choose a national testing institution, which believed that their credibility was better; 21.58% of respondents said they would choose equipment and higher testing organizations, whether they were national inspection organizations or international testing organizations; 2.21% of enterprises said they would choose lower price testing institutions, and the price before testing was three.

When consulting the export enterprises which encounter technical barriers, what will be the countermeasures? 47.19% of the respondents said they would cooperate with the international third party testing institutions to get an in-depth understanding of their products. At the same time, 47.19% of the respondents indicated that they would enhance their technological level and actively cope with the barrier protection of developed countries; 4.60% of respondents said they no longer exported products to developed countries with barriers; 1.02% of respondents chose to appeal to the International Court of justice and file lawsuits against unreasonable technology protections.

When investigating export oriented enterprises, they hope that the existing domestic inspection organizations will develop in what direction, and the choice of "more preferential price", "more comprehensive detection scope", "more extensive standards" and "international recognition and recognition" are 25%. Therefore, the topic is multi topic selection, so every interviewee has chosen four options. There are still some problems in the testing organization. However, because the testing institutions play a vital role in the textile and garment enterprises, the enterprises have high expectations for the testing institutions.

When asked the respondents that the international third party testing institutions compared with the national testing institutions, the international third party testing institutions in accordance with the standards are more international and more rigorous and think that the international third party testing institutions more advanced detection equipment votes accounted for 25.01%, and that the international third party testing agencies can prevent other countries' duplication detection and international third party testing agencies higher prices of respondents also accounted for 24.99%.

Compared with the accreditation of foreign testing institutions, the state quality supervision departments have less than 25% of the testing products, such as less testing, less international recognition, slower testing time and less standard, and so on.
