After more than a year, substantial progress has been made in the reorganization and reorganization of 63 leather enterprises in the Jinjiang Anhai Tun leather control area.

In July last year, the general office of the Fujian provincial government issued the notice on strengthening the pollution prevention and control work in the leather industry (hereinafter referred to as the "notice"), and decided to carry out classified renovation of the leather concentrated areas in the whole province.

Therefore, since last year, 63 tanning enterprises and 3 tanning enterprises outside the tannery control area have been engaged in discussions and running in many times. Based on the current geographical situation of the control area and adhering to the principle of voluntary participation, the enterprises have fully integrated and adjusted the EIA production capacity and water volume. In the near future, they submitted an integrated plan to the Jinjiang Environmental Protection Bureau: it is planned to integrate 4 small and medium-sized tanning enterprises into 4 tanneries.

Last year, the general office of the provincial government issued a notice, which could be regarded as a "big blow" to the Moji control area.

The notice stipulates that the existing scale of production of leather enterprises with a scale of 30 thousand or more than 100 thousand years or below shall not be processed until the end of the notice, until the end of 2011. Only wet skin and two layers of leather are allowed to be processed.

As of January 1, 2012, leather enterprises with production scale of 100 thousand mark / year shall be closed down and eliminated.

The existing scale of production for leather enterprises with a scale of 100 thousand or more or less than 300 thousand sheets per year or below shall be processed only from the date of the issuance of the notice to the end of 2014, and only the wet skin and two layers of leather shall be processed, and the raw leather shall not be processed.

As of January 1, 2015, leather enterprises with production scale of 300 thousand mark / year shall be closed down and eliminated.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Jinjiang Environmental Protection Bureau, last year, the 63 enterprises in the Moji control area reached 1 scale of 100 thousand mark per year.

This means that 62 enterprises in the centralized control area will have to shut down and eliminate them by January 1, 2012.

Therefore, before the January 1, 2012 deadline comes, integration and reorganization is imperative and imminent.

Fortunately, in the first 3 months from the day of the "deadline", the restructuring plan for more than a year in the centralized control area was released.

The tannery enterprise has the capital contribution, the registered capital is 78 million yuan, the production capacity is 758 thousand mark / year after the reorganization, and the Mu Sheng leather new technology (Fujian) Co., Ltd. is composed of the original 16 regional tannery enterprises, the registered capital is 72 million yuan, the production capacity is 537 thousand mark / year after the reorganization. The Jinjiang City Jinbang tanning Co., Ltd. is funded by the 13 tanning enterprises in the original area and the 2 enterprises outside the region. The registered capital is 82 million yuan, the capacity after the reorganization is 492 thousand per year / year; Jinjiang City, Jinjiang City, Xiong Feng tannery Co., Ltd. (funded by the leather manufacturing enterprises in the original area and the leather manufacturing enterprises outside the region, the registered capital is RMB yuan, and the capacity of the production is up to Zhang / year after the reorganization). It is reported that the 4 tannery companies after the reorganization are: Fujian Jinjiang poly Thai tanning Co., Ltd. (from the original 23 districts)
