We are going to hoard the goods at a discount, but this year's price fluctuation can be said to be unthinkable. You never know whether you have made a copy of the bottom. Before buying goods at a high price, they also need to discount, reduce prices, exert pressure on costs, or even sell them at a loss. Money is on the goods and must be diluted.

The reason for the outbreak is the suspension of customs clearance in Hongkong and the time-consuming nature of foreign duty-free shops. The less than a month, the longest 2 months. We began to look for resources at home and on duty free shops. Prices may not be cost-effective, but the cycle is short and capital turnover is fast.

After that, the price of the single mask increased to 13 yuan, plus the freight cost of 13.5 yuan.

The cost has more than doubled, but I can not force everyone to make up the difference, so I have to make up the price link. But there is not much money, probably 1/6 to 1/7.

Worst of all, the 70 thousand masks initially promised were finally pressed to 30 thousand. After receiving the goods, we donated ten thousand to Wuhan, leaving only 20 thousand, so we had to consult with the customers and deliver the goods according to the 1/3 of the quantity we purchased, and the price difference was returned.

I lost about one hundred thousand of this. I have been used to losing business and paying compensation, but reputation is the first. In the worst part of this period, I had only 500 pieces left in Alipay.

Now, the purchasing industry is getting worse. I know that the color make-up shop this year basically cut the business, like us, many products can only cost at the end, no way, money needs to flow.

This year, we have little profit. The profits in recent 2 months are all used to dilute the cost. The price of goods before is too high to be a fool.

The original industry is opaque, few people do, fewer shops and less competition. My impression is that the best year for European and American purchasing is in 2016 and 2017, and the profit is high enough to explode, which can earn 30% of the selling price. For example, YSL round tube 12 lipstick, the purchase price of 140 yuan, can sell to 220 yuan, basically close eyes to make money.

But now, a lipstick profit is only about 10 yuan, on the one hand, more and more channels of purchase, large platforms have begun to do tens of billions of subsidies; on the other hand, the electronic business platform forced us to do activities, do not do activities do not give support to the flow, the peer price is also very fierce, many times we are forced to price cuts.

I've been on the line for five or six years, and I've seen ups and downs, but honestly, I don't know how long it will take.
