The process of holding hemp, cutting, feeding, receiving hemp, packaging, storage and other processes are carried out orderly. In the hemp processing workshop of Han Dynasty, the roar of the machine is heard all the time, and the workers are skilled in operating the machine. "At present, 30 workers on the production line are all on duty, and they work in 'two shifts', 24 hours a day. It is estimated that about 30 tons of hemp stalks can be processed every day, and about 5 tons of finished hemp can be produced, which has increased the income compared with the same period last year. All the workers are from the surrounding forest farms, and also effectively installed the surplus labor force of the forest farms." Zhou Lei, deputy manager of Baimashi Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., introduced.

Working in the hemp processing plant has become an important sideline for the staff of nearby forest farms. "The hemp processing plant keeps us busy in winter. On average, we can earn 200 yuan a day working here, which is a considerable income in a month. We can earn so much at home, but also take care of our family. There is no need to go out to work," said Han Fengfu, a staff member of Qiyi Forest Farm.

Zhou Lei told reporters that in order to promote early production and start work as scheduled, they made plans in advance and made a series of preparations, focusing on strengthening safety education for employees, doing well in circuit recovery, production line maintenance and logistics material storage, etc., building a solid foundation for stable operation after the festival and ensuring orderly production.

The reporter learned that the Suiling Bureau Company of Longjiang Forest Industry Group took the hemp industry as an important breakthrough in agricultural restructuring and strengthening enterprises and enriching people, carefully organized and strengthened the integration of hemp planting, processing and sales. Baimashi Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., a demonstration base for planting 4300 mu of hemp, has acquired a hemp fiber processing plant on the basis of the original hemp fiber processing plant that processes 1600 tons of hemp stalks annually. At present, the first phase project of Wudaohe Forest Farm Hanma Processing Plant has been completed, and the second phase project will be constructed this year.
