Xianyang Fiber Quality Monitoring Center has built a national quality inspection center for cotton textiles and clothing products in Xianyang High tech Zone, creating a domestic first-class public service platform for professional quality inspection of cotton textiles, integrating inspection, experiment, scientific research and service. With Shaanxi Fiber Textile Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Xianyang) and Xianyang Textile and Garment Public Service Platform as the core, relying on Xianyang Textile and Garment Productivity Promotion Center, Shaanxi Industrial Vocational and Technical College Training Base, etc., it will comprehensively and stereoscopically help empower the high-quality development of local cotton textile and garment industries.

Xianyang Fiber Quality Monitoring Center has successively completed more than 10 scientific research projects, group standards and local standards such as the Formulation of Calibration Specifications for Cotton Short Fiber Rate Tester, and has participated in the quality monitoring of cotton short fiber rate organized by the National Fiber Quality Monitoring Center for five consecutive years; The Calibration Specification for Cotton Short Fiber Rate Meter, which was formulated under the leadership of the committee, filled the gap that there is no corresponding calibration specification for China's Cotton Short Fiber Rate Meter. The center was awarded the title of National Advanced Unit in Textile Measurement by the National Technical Committee of Textile Measurement.

Boost development with "one-stop" service. Integrating resources such as metrology and standards, we launched a "one-stop" service to provide cotton textile and clothing enterprises with 4347 batches of raw cotton online inspection, 2181 product research and development inspections, and 3839 standard inquiries; In 2023, free professional guidance services will be provided for 23 enterprises, 641 batches will be inspected free of charge for small and medium-sized enterprises, and the cost will be free of 2.059 million yuan; We have successively participated in the R&D and testing of 10 new textile fabrics, including graphene fiber, dandelion fiber and aramid fabric, helping to achieve zero breakthrough in the production of dandelion fiber and mass production of graphene textiles in Xianyang; Helped Zhao Mengtao Group in the workshop of the Textile Department of Xianyang Textile Group No. 1 Branch to win the nomination award of the 4th China Quality Award; Participated in the preparation of Xianyang Textile and Clothing Industry Development Plan (2023-2030).
